There is also a backyard that we all maintain together. The main level is open concept containing the kitchen, dining and main living area, and large windows that bring plenty of natural lighting. Currently, there are no pets in the house there is an additional pet fee charge on your rent through the property management company. As roommates, we mostly keep to ourselves and enjoy our alone time. We will occasionally have group meals together, but it is not an expectation for anyone to join.
