We are located walking distance from the Potter park YMCA as well with Publix, Target, Lowe's, Walgreens, CVS and Kohls close by. This condo (excluding the room for rent), is completely furnished and well maintained. The room I am looking to rent is not furnished, so the tenant can do with it what they please and decorate it to their liking. I do have a cat that resides here with me as well and she is very lovable and well kept and groomed. The rent is $1800 which will be spilt 2 ways which comes to $900 per month a person. The bills include: FPL, WATER/UTILITY, and INTERNET. The price for these varies but rarely exceeds an additional cost of $400 which is also split two ways.
