Medium/Small bedroom with window for rent. 6 months remaining on lease, tenant can move in as soon as Wednesday, November twenty seventh, just need to be approved by landlord and sign new lease.I'm a little messy and struggle with dishes, but otherwise try to keep the common areas clean. We have a window-unit AC, baseboard heating, a stove/oven, fridge, standard shower/tub combo, and will be renting a washer/dryer from landlord once current roommate moves out on the twenty fourth of this month. We also have a TV and couch in the living room, and the rent includes water and garbage, and internet and electricity. We have 1 assigned parking space, and there are plenty of unassigned spaces. I park in an unassigned space, so the assigned spot is free to whoever moves in.I work retail in the Hanes Mall area and I work morning shifts. I work am every Tuesday, and otherwise work pm shifts otherwise throughout the week. Most of the meals I cook are crockpot and I'm totally willing to share food (I have EBT, so that's not a problem for me).I have a 2yo boy dog who's fixed. He's a rescue, so he's a little wary around new people, but he's super sweet once he knows you. He has the occasional accident, but I always immediately clean up after him, and he has a crate for when I'm out or at work.

This property includes a bedroom, private bathroom with public access, an office with easy laptop plug-in for monitor and key board usage. All items in bedroom and bathroom are new. The home was recently renovated and maintains modern amenities. The spacious backyard and fire pit are well maintained and add to the coziness. The kitchen includes a Keurig, Air Fryer, Ninja blender, and all other cooking essentials. The gas grill is easy to use and available any time. I am , male, and live alone. I stay relatively busy but am available to address any concerns.

I have an apartment available to move in immediately. 1 bedroom w/private bathroom (in a bathroom) my other female roommate will still live there. She’s really nice and quiet.
