It has a fan and we have running AC throughout the home. Deposit is $1350. There is an assigned parking right around the corner from the home and we have a parking pass if you would like to rent it out for $50 more a month. You will have access to the community pool, community grills, and a fire pit in the small yard. The pool is located right in front of the home.
