There are two rooms available, one is a large room with a private bathroom ($1350) another is a smaller room with a private bathroom but the shower is shared with one other roommate ($1225).Jake and I grew up friends, so the house has much more of a friend vibe who like to hangout rather than roommates who just pass by and barely talk.
