Hello everyone! We have openings for 3 bedrooms in a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. Currently, three of us are moving out and need to fill these rooms by August 1st. Bedrooms available include: master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and 3rd bedroom. There is a male roommate that will be staying. Master bedroom includes own bathroom with jack and jill sinks, balcony, and a walk in closet. 2nd bedroom is upstairs and shares a bathroom with current roommate. 3rd bedroom is the smallest, located downstairs, and has own bathroom. Rent is split evenly with each roommate (not separated by room). House also does have a large backyard, three car garage, and a basketball hoop located in the front of the house. Utilities are also split evenly with each roommate. Sub lease would be from August to May of 2026 with option to renew. Rooms will not be furnished, however, living room, washer and dryer, and kitchen will still have appliances and furniture. Currently, roommates are between 21-28 years old. Ideally, looking for people who are LGBTQ friendly, dog friendly. Couples are welcome as well (my boyfriend and I are currently here).
