The deposit is $. Nice room W/bathroom in 2nd level apartment, and with quick access to . Also, I have several cats. I have an extra fridge and freezer, so there's plenty of space for food. Also I prefer someone that works full time or close to that duration, and doesn't drink much or do any drugs, including any smoking inside, as I am very sensitive and have slight asthma, but smoking is ok on the patio. Small dogs and cats are most likely ok. Also, I'm very laid back and not controlling, etc, and there is no curfew as long as all is fairly quiet after pm. Would prefer someone that can pay first and last month, or a portion of the last month in two payments, and I've had roommates in my home the last 5 years, and its overall its worked out well, and at one time I had .. Also, to clarify, there is a full sized mattress in the bedroom, and will also provide a dresser, if needed.

The kitchen equipped with a 4-burner natural gas range is shared for cooking and enjoying meal with each other. Shared food capacities are available for moderate refrigerator and pantry spaces. The dining room has capacity for 6 seats. Besides the available indoor activities in the house, there are also a lot of available outdoor amenities to use in the neighborhood amenity center including summer pool, and a BBQ grill area. This is an HOA community named Northpoint which is safe and sound. The neighbors are friendly and often enjoy their walks and their family time outside.Clean, neat, tidy, friendly, easy-going, diligent white-collars and students are welcome to the house and share not only the space but also the moments with like minded roommates. Respecting each other space and time but also offering assistance is how the homeowner is. The homeowner is a professional in Architecture, currently attending graduate school of Architecture at Arlington, a music lover, a modest artist in illustration and rendering who is hard working and open for like-minded roommates.This place is exclusive for non-smoking roommates.
