House rules:No crazy party, but having a friend over from time to time it’s normal. Sorry but no smoking of any type, no drugs, Drinking occasionally is ok. Being social as we are living under the same roof but also having alone time is essential as well. Help each other in cleaning the shared areas. Pets:I have friendly Labrador. no another pets allowed. The rent will include all utilities (water, Trash, Gas, electricity, and internet), and there is a refundable security deposit ( half month rent)
