There will be a shared main floor bathroom as only one bathroom has a shower. There are two toilets/sink areas. One on main floor, one in the basement. One in the basement is not a "finished" bathroom. Living area mostly shared, though the basement can be accessible privately from the garage. Shared laundry, kitchen, etc. Only one spot available in the garage for a car, so I will be parking there. I work from home though so can park in the driveway, as I rarely need to leave the house. Only costs are $750 a month rent and the $500 move-in deposit. Will require signing a rental agreement. Background check required and need to understand the rules and agree to them.
