The townhome has an in-unit washer/dryer, lovely patio garden, street parking (parking pass to park in the community when space is open or you rotate with the roomie, Kimberlie, for the garage parking) and access to the community pool + hot tub. Meet the Roomies: Diane Mae - a Marine, who loves to cook/meal prep, DIY gal, a garden/plant momma, enjoys working out/taking Duke (her doggo) for a run, and drinks matcha or eats ice cream. Kimberlie - she is a house manager and loves to chill with Zoey (her doggo), read books, an old school soul, zodiac signs, listens to house music, and from time to time drinks coffee or tea. My family lives in the home which includes my mom, grandma, cousin, and girlfriend. We all work so most of the time you will have the house to yourself during the week. My grandma does not but she keeps to herself. You will have access to a shared bathroom which we clean every week. Access to washer and dryer in the house. Full access to the kitchen and a backyard. There is storage in the kitchen and garage for larger items. As well as a fridge in the garage to store food. You can bring friends and family over all we ask is that noise level is low after 12am. We are located off Vista way and Rancho Del Oro. Direct address will be given if we schedule a meet up or tour for the space. Hey I am looking for someone to fill a room next month. Rent is pretty affordable at 1000 plus utilities. The room comes with a parking spot for ease of access, in unit laundry, a shared garage for extra storage. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We live in a nice HOA with amenities like a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and a tennis court. We are 8 mins away from the beach and less than 1 mile away from the I-5 for commuting ease. The complex is pet friendly and so are we(the landlord asks for a deposit and extra rent for animals).We are only looking for one roommate at the moment so please let me know if you’re interested in looking at the apartment.
