Our landlord is asking that we have the lease resigned by May 1st A little bit about the apartment -- Rent: $1200/month. + Utilities - WiFi is about $15 / per month per person- Electricity ranges from about $50-120/month per person depending on the season - The room is approx 8’x10’ feet with a closet and one window - The apartment has split unit AC/heaters in each room- Transit: about 10 minute walk to the Nostrand ave A/C stop and 8 min walk to the Kingston throop C stop.
