Hey everyone Stephanie. I’m looking for a room. long term sublet, or a month to month lease. open to anywhere but (preferably in Astoria!!!!!) My budget is currently $850-$1100! I have to be out of my current place by the current sublet by May 1st. I have a disability. I have CP. it’s just a limp. So looking for somewhere thats fairly accessible. No major walk ups, and preferably laundry in unit. I’m someone who’s very nice and out going and clean in common areas. Love people. Musical theatre girly. Broadway girly. Please if you have a room, let me know. I’ll take it.
