Hello my name is Shay! I’m twenty years old looking to find a place to rent. I’m really hoping to find a single parent/family with a room for rent or someone who keeps their home super clean. I have a small chihuahua wiener dog who loves all people and just loves snuggles. He does require a glass sliding door to an outside area (fenced or not) so I can use his renter friendly dog door. hundred is the most I can really push myself to afford including utilities and/or pet fees, but I would prefer cheaper if possible. I’m an easy going roommate, who finds it important to keep common areas clean and tidy. I am a strong communicator and am easy to be straight forward with. I’m always looking to grow and learn as a roommate! I am a zookeeper and I love all animals. I have lived with single parents and families in the past and I loved it. I am great with kids and would be your built in babysitter! I’m just a little over roommate life, but can’t afford my own place, so I’m crossing my fingers I can find something by December that fits well for me.
