Room or two bed/bath

Hello! I am a zookeeper in my mid twenties looking to rent a room or find a two bedroom to rent with a friend. I’m a clean quiet tenant looking for likewise people who don’t need to be asked to keep common areas tidy. I have lived with single parents and families as well, so I’m like a built in babysitter! I have a tiny dog that is older and sleeps most of the day. He does require a sliding glass door to an outside area (gated or not) so I can install his renter friendly dog door (no screws or alterations needed). I am a strong communicator and prefer straight forwardness. I also always look to grow and learn as a tenant/roommate. I’m an open book, so feel free to message me!
