I possess well over years as Project Manager in IT. Also, certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) through Project Management Institute, Inc. I have worked in various diverse environments and industries as a Consultant and Project Manager, and other roles, too. I obtained a Masters in Information Technology. I live part-time at my residence in Palm Desert, California with my son, Kaliph who lives at the property and performs maintenance and assist me with the roommates and other property. Typically, we both live at the property and travel and maintain other properties in other states between California and Nevada mostly. I enjoy traveling, gardening, swimming and walking.
