詳情描述

I have a furnished room for rent. Comes with queen size bed 2 night stands tv closet in room and small desk. Shared bathroom and shower shared kitchen and washer and dryer street parking. Looking for someone that works, with verifiable income ideal for one person, prefer female as other roommate is female. No overnight guests, no pets, as i have a smaller poodle mix thats potty trained. Its very laid back environment no drama, no traffic coming in and out, quiet and relaxed. Has security system and outside cameras. Close to public transit and stores. Any other questions feel free to ask. Thanks Frank. B.
