I have two unfurnished rooms available for rent. The bedroom on the first floor is near the front door and includes its own private bathroom for $1000/mo. The second bedroom is upstairs, includes a walkin closet, has parking in the garage, and is a larger bedroom for $1100/mo. Property includes all utilities in the price of the room, access to neighborhood amenities, pool, and trails around the neighborhood. Publix Plaza is within walking distance of the house. The Internet is very fast, with 1G fiber optic. Youll have access to all common areas of the house, including a large TV in the living room with a big, comfy couch, and the loft with a large TV and recliners with a Wii. A PoolPingPong table is downstairs, along with a dining room. Outside seating is available in the enclosed backyard, with mini golfcornhole. The kitchen is loaded with all you may need, and a grill is available for use as well. Laundry is located on the second story and includes a washer and dryer. The house is new construction, finished in February of this year. There is construction occurring on the opposite side of the street, as the neighborhood is still being built; however, the house is well insulated, construction is nearing completion on my street, and usually noise from construction is minimal. A Security deposit will be required for $1500 (Fully refundable). Minimum stay is 8 months required by the HOA. Pets are not allowed, and storage is limited to your room, bathroom, additional downstairs closet, and designated cabinets in the kitchen, which is shared with one other roommate.
