Private room for rent

詳情描述

Private room for rent just off Main st and Campus. We are just between Grain on Main and Newark High. The cheapest rent youll find in Newark for a private room in a clean, quiet house with grad students and professionals. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Large yard, that I think needs a garden. No pets, no parties. Guests are fine - just not a keg kind of place. Credit check or someone to back you required. Nothing illegal will be tolerated. If it is legal, its legal. No intoxication (getting wasted). Nothing wrong with a beer after work or wine with a nice meal though. Available in a few weeks (it is now 10/27/2026). If you like you can send a phone number or email or just continue with this format. Bathroom is upstairs, so if you have problem with stairs, this wont work for you... sadly.
