Hi! Im looking for an affordable room to rent in a safe, peaceful home for myself, my 3-yearold daughter, who would stay with me parttime, and my small emotional support dog, who would live with me fulltime. Im currently going through a major life transition and working hard to rebuild stability for myself and my daughter. Having a secure place to call home would allow me to arrange childcare and return to work. Although Im currently unemployed, I receive $900 per month in CalWORKs assistance, which covers my target rent, and I have savings set aside to cover approximately three additional months of rent. Ive never had an eviction or late rent payment notice, and I take my responsibilities seriously. A little about me: Im hardworking, clean, respectful, and considerate of others. I enjoy baking, crafting, painting, and creating a comfortable home environment. Im looking for a living situation built on mutual respect, good communication, and consideration for everyones space.
