Single occupancy, open to all genders, female preferred. No pets &No Drama. Must be clean, respectful, dependable, employed (proof of income & copy of ID required) This is a small townhome community. Only 12 units with a small green belt out front. The neighbors are great a few of us have dogs and I have two of them. Quiet and friendly, a nice place to live. I am a single mature woman. I have been living in this house for over 25 years. I have two small dogs. I love animals (especially dogs) plants, pillows, and quiet and comfortable life. I am pretty laid back and easy going, but dont mistake my kindness as weakness. Just saying…😉.
