Its in a great spot, multiple grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and coffee shops are within a 5-10 min walk and 3 min drive. This is a great opportunity because it comes with basic needs like beddeskkitchen appliances so you dont have to buy or bring a lot! (Room can come unfurnished too) We are looking for a female roommate who is responsible, respectful, and appreciates a clean and peaceful living environment. Were a small, easygoing household. I work independently, and my daughter is a fulltime college student who also works as a nanny.
