Hi, my name is Tanya. I am a 69-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Fresno. The monthly rent is $750 and the room is available on October 21. Looking for a patient and mature roommate who is up for helping my 90 year old mom and do some lite chores for 10 hours a month for a $250 rent discount. I (home owner and daughter) am there part time, am an artist and have studio space in the house, need a quiet peaceful environment with harmonious respectful coexistence. Utilities split 3 ways. Room has a mini frig, microwave, ac/heater, ceiling fan and lots of light. Shared bathroom down the hall, but all yours when I am not there. My mom has 2 cats in her part of the house (I am allergic). No pets please but possible 1 very well behaved small dog with pet deposit.
