Large professional kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, ideal location right by a dining hall and the rec center(10-15 minute walk from campus or 5 minute bike ride), and very friendly/helpful landlord that is always there. Giant walk-in closet, very large room for the price, very beautiful home. UCB Students only. In house laundry and parking. Weekly professional cleaning. Super fast WiFi. This room is inside a big former frat house that is now a co-ed living space with around 20 UCB students. 9 bathrooms. The landlord lives in house and is very helpful.
