$850 Furnished Room - 20 Min Disney

詳情描述

🏡 Furnished Room for Rent — ChampionsGate / Davenport — $830/month, ALL utilities included Hi everyone! We have a comfortable furnished room available in our home in The Enclaves at Festival, off ChampionsGate Blvd, about 20 minutes from the Disney parks. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
We’re a friendly, professional gay couple — clean, easy-going and respectful of privacy. We’re looking for one person who wants a quiet, well-kept place to come home to. Honestly, you only need to bring your clothes. Everything else is already here. Your room includes:
• Bed with a set of linens and pillows
• Desk and chair
• Lounge chair, two nightstands and lamps
• TV with Spectrum channels and Netflix
• High-speed internet Included in the $830:
• All utilities — electric, water, internet
• Access to our fully equipped kitchen and dining room
• Washer and dryer in the home Community amenities you’ll have access to:
• Resort-style pool and pirate-themed splash zone
• Fully equipped fitness center
• Mini golf and beach volleyball court
• Clubhouse with arcade and game room
• On- ice cream shop Why the location works: We’re minutes from I-4 Exit 58, so the drive to the parks and the resort area is simple and predictable. Publix is just up the road, plus restaurants, pharmacy and shopping at ChampionsGate Village, and Posner Park a short drive south on 27. Quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. This tends to be a great fit for someone working at the parks or resorts, or anyone relocating to Central Florida who wants a smooth landing. We’re flexible on lease length and happy to answer questions if you’re moving here from out of state or from abroad — we know that first move can be a lot. Available November 1st. Comment “interested” or send me a message to set up a time to see it. Happy to continue on we connect. 😊
