Private furnished Room in Sarasota

詳情描述

A newly renovated 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on Lords Avenue, built around large, comfortable private rooms. Every room is furnished, and several have their own private entrance so you can come and go without walking through the house. The shared space here is the kitchen and the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully modern - granite counters, stainless range and dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of counter space. There's in-home laundry, central A/C throughout, and fast Wi-Fi in every room. What this house does not have is a large communal living room. If you want a big shared lounge, one of our other Sarasota homes may suit you better. If you want a quiet, well-kept place with a real kitchen and your own door to close, this is it. Bus stops on Swift Rd are about a 6-minute walk, and you're minutes from I-75, US-41, shopping, dining, and major employers. Driveway parking available.
