The room and bathroom are currently decorated with some personal stickers/decorations, but all stickers and personal items will be removed before move-in, so the space will be clean and ready for the renter. I have 2 dogs, and my son stays with me part-time and travels between my home and his dad’s house. Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible renter who is comfortable living with dogs and a child. Quiet and comfortable home in a convenient downtown location. (Parking only available in parking structure across from building)
