I need someone to take over my roommate's lease. There are 12 months left in the lease. The apartment is two bed two bath so you will have your own room and bathroom total rent is around $2350 including utilities (except for energy), since I have the master bedroom I do not mind around $100 more in base rent and splitting the utilities evenly. Typically I pay around $1200 and my roommate pays around $1100. The apartment is right next to North Charleston City Hall and 6 minutes from Park Circle. It is also a 10 minute drive from R Lot so it is pretty convenient!
