1BR Needed by Nov. 30th 🏠

詳情描述

Hi! I’m Nikiera, 26, looking for a nice 1-bedroom apartment for myself in Saint Paul, Southeast Saint Paul, or Northeast Saint Paul. My budget is up to $1,340. An in-unit washer & dryer would be a huge plus! I have a consistent job and steady income, along with a great co-signer if needed. Although my credit isn’t the best, I’m a very reliable and loyal tenant who takes pride in maintaining a clean and respectful home. I’m open to private landlords, regular rentals, and subleasing if needed. I need to move by November 30th. Please message me if you have anything available or know of someone willing to work with me! ❤️
