Furnished Room in South Scottsdale

詳情描述

Fully furnished private room available in a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in South Scottsdale near the 101 & Indian School, just minutes from Old Town.
$900/month includes ALL utilities, high-speed internet and covered parking.
The bedroom is completely move-in ready with a queen-size bed and bedding, dresser, nightstand, TV, desk/workspace, ceiling fan and two closets, including a large mirrored closet.
The condo has in-unit laundry, dishwasher, community pool and hot tub.
The full bathroom upstairs is technically shared, but I have my own vanity and often shower at the gym, so you'll have quite a bit of bathroom privacy. There's also a half bath downstairs.
I have a small dog and a cat, so I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys living with animals. 🐾
I'm hoping to find a mature, kind, dependable female roommate who is respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a peaceful home. I'm independent and value privacy, but I'd also love to live with someone friendly and comfortable to be around.
Month-to-month or shorter-term arrangements can be considered.
