Room for rent in West Hollywood, Ca

詳情描述

Room for Rent on a Historic Street in West Hollywood I have a spacious bedroom available for rent in my townhouse. The downstairs level has its own separate entrance through the garage and includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully furnished living room, dining area, and full kitchen with appliances. The only thing you will need is your clothes. There is a second tenant assigned to the other bedroom downstairs, but he has not lived here since before COVID. As a result, you'll essentially have the entire downstairs living area to yourself. I live upstairs. To provide additional privacy, I placed a cover over the open area surrounding the spiral staircase. The building features: - Secure gated building
- Underground gated parking
- Swimming pool
- On- laundry Rent: $1,200 per month
Includes: Utilities, WiFi, and one assigned parking space. Please note: - One person only
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping
- No overnight guests
- No parties I am retired and occasionally care for small dogs, so you may hear some barking when people arrive or leave. If you're interested in viewing the apartment, please contact me to schedule an appointment. Best,
Roxane
