Furnished room - 10 min. From 30A

詳情描述

Furnished private room available in a clean, quiet single-family home in the Peach Creek area of Santa Rosa Beach, about 10 minutes from the beach and 30A. The room includes a queen-size bed, closet space, and carpeting. The full bathroom is located directly next to the room and is shared with one other roommate. Rent includes electricity, water, high-speed internet, driveway parking, and access to the fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and back patio. The home has a relaxed, low-key atmosphere and is a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable, stable place to live rather than a party-house environment. Single occupancy. Non-smoking and no indoor vaping. I work full time in social media marketing and keep a pretty quiet schedule. I’m friendly but independent and appreciate roommates who are responsible, clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Month-to-month or longer-term stays considered depending on fit.
