New Listing

詳情描述

Hi! I’m Kimberly and I am looking for a roommate to share a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Leander, Texas! The house is 1,864 sq ft with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your own space. There are two rooms available. You have the option to rent the second room for an office space or additional storage/living space for an additional $350 (no additional roommates). Some amenities are included, making it an even better deal. Smoking is welcome outside, but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate cats. Dogs will be considered if they get along with my girl. I’m a dog lover so I’m sure we can make it work. If you're looking for a comfortable home in a great area, big yard, no HOA, chill neighbors, let's chat!
