Responsible Roomies in Newer House!

Very big bedroom in South Austin, flat $100 for bills, quiet place, fast 2G Fiber WiFi, it's 2G both up and down. Current roomies mostly 9 to 5'ers in tech, gov't, engineering, etc., sometimes a roomie'll pick up a second gig downtown or at a restaurant or whatnot on an off-shift to make some extra cash and have fun/be social.
