I’m Jeff, a 38-year-old business owner and personal trainer. I own and operate a private training facility and gym in Jacksonville, so my schedule is busy, structured, and work-focused. I also split my time between Jacksonville and Tampa, which means I may only be home for part of the week. I’m friendly, respectful, clean, and easygoing. I’m naturally a bit introverted, so when I’m home, I usually enjoy relaxing, watching TV, working on my laptop, or preparing for the next day. I’m social and easy to talk to, but I also value personal space and don’t expect a roommate to be constantly social. I’m considerate of shared spaces, pay my bills on time, and believe in communicating openly if anything comes up. I don’t smoke, I don’t have children, and I’m hoping to find a home that is peaceful rather than noisy or filled with frequent guests.
