private room and private bathroom

詳情描述

Private furnished room with your own private bathroom available in a clean and comfortable townhouse in the Eastlake/Chula Vista area. The room is upstairs, so it offers a nice amount of privacy. The home is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, freeways, and public transportation. Rent is $1,200/month and includes utilities. You’ll also have access to the kitchen and laundry. Parking is available. I’m looking for a clean, responsible, respectful female roommate who is easygoing and considerate. I keep a peaceful home, so this would be a great fit for someone who works, goes to school, or simply wants a quiet and comfortable place to live. I do have two small, friendly dogs in the home, so you should be comfortable around pets. No smoking and no parties. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to see the room. 😊
