The apartment’s located on the top floor of a beautiful 3-story building on one of Astoria’s most gorgeous blocks, directly across the street from Astoria Park and less than a block away from the East River. It’s absolutely perfect for walking, running, or any outdoor activity. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the N/W trains and a block away from the Q69 bus station. There’s a supermarket and a pharmacy less than a 10-minute walk away, and plenty of great restaurants and bars in a 10-20 minute radius. The apartment itself features an open-layout kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, a kitchen table, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes both a microwave and a dishwasher. The living room features a large closet with plenty of storage space, four levels’ worth of shelving, along with an in-unit washer/dryer! The bathroom is modern-tiled with a bathtub. Both bedrooms are queen-sized with lots of closet space and beautiful park views. Rent is $1,975/month, plus electric and internet.
