The house does have central AC, but attic rooms have additional ac window units. New flooring in room, holds queen bed and two dressers currently with a small desk, with additional closet in hallway. Depending on your needs, an 8-drawer dresser or queen bed could be negotiated for an additional cost. There is a car port which roommates alternate by the season and parking in front!
