詳情描述

🏡✨ YOUR OWN WING OF THE HOUSE + PRIVATE BATHROOM 🐈 Looking for a place that feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep? We might be your people! ❤️ Were looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to join our cozy 4-bedroom home in the BurienSeaTac area! The best part? Your room and private bathroom are tucked away in their own wing of the house! So you get your own space and privacy, without sacrificing the warmth of a welcoming household. 💰 RENT: $1,200 + utilities OR $1,350 flat (utilities included!) 📅 MOVEIN: Ideally November, but December 1st works too! ✨ WHAT YOU GET: 🛏️ Private, unfurnished bedroom in a separate wing of the house. Can provide some furnishing for temporary use or buyout if needed. 🚿 Your very own private bathroom wfull tub 🚗 Plenty of parking; personal driveway space + 🌳 Large back yard; space to garden, relax, exercise, etc 🏡 Quiet, peaceful suburban neighborhood 🐈 Three resident cats who have graciously agreed to let us rent out part of their house ❤️ A friendly household where you can actually feel at home! 🌿 OUR HOUSEHOLD VIBE: Were peaceful, welcoming, and pretty laidback. Were not a party house, but we enjoy having fun and making our home a comfortable place for everyone. We believe everyone should contribute fairly to keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. No ones looking for a housekeeper, just a considerate roommate who does their part! Guests are welcome within mutually agreedupon boundaries, including restrictions on unfamiliar visitors and overnight male guests. 🌈 WHO WERE HOPING TO FIND: Were especially hoping to connect with women and LGBTQ+ individuals who are looking for a safe, inclusive, friendly living environment. Ideally, someone whos responsible, respectful, communicative, and interested in being part of a household rather than simply sharing an address.
