There are currently two guys living here, plus two cats and a very friendly dog 🐶🐱. 📍 Prime location: about 15 minutes from UCF and 15 minutes from Lake Nona. 💰 $750/month includes everything — utilities, Wi-Fi, etc. Shared bathroom. Room comes furnished, but can be unfurnished if preferred. The house has a very artistic/creative vibe, and the garage is available for hanging out, projects, or just having some extra space.
