I am 26, I’m presently a barista and restaurant manager in Ohio. I’ll be relocating to New Orleans in April of 2027, right now I’m just getting an idea of the renting market so I can budget accordingly. I’m a clean but relaxed roommate and I prefer direct communication, never necessary to let frustration fester in the home. I’m also a mixed media visual artist and would love to live with other creatives. I have no pets, but will probably love yours!
