This listing is for two rooms, private full bathroom in my 3BR townhouse. Our spaces will be separate and we’ll have a shared downstairs living space. I have a pool, laundry room, garage, and very safe neighborhood with a ton of amenities! Neighborhood is gated / manned entry, has multiple pools, a gym, tennis and pickleball courts, a spa, Italian restaurant and bocce courts. Since you’ll have most of the upstairs space for yourself, this is a great option for a couple, two friends, or someone who works from home and would like a home office. Utilities wifi etc are included. To move in is first and last month’s rent. **New closet doors are being installed end of October.
