I’m a 55 year old woman. I commute to downtown Dallas on weekdays and work from home Saturdays. Often busy with community activities. Usually open to friendly conversation. Appreciate considerate, outgoing, hardworking people. Prefer tenants who are working or going to school outside the house. I have a cat and not accepting pets in this room. I may also rent my attic room, so there may be a third person.
Simple Rules include...
* No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.
* Kitchen use limited to light cooking without pungent lingering odors.
