* Fully equipped common areas (kitchen, living area, laundry).
* Pets: We already have two friendly cats, so no additional pets, please!
Rent & Details:
* Rent: $850/month
* Utilities: ~$125/month (WiFi, water, power, gas split)
* Space: Private unfurnished bedroom with its own attached full bath.
About Us: I’m a 26-year-old female living here with my long-term partner (a 26-year-old male). I work in Healthcare and he works in Film. We’re super easygoing, respectful, and value a peaceful, clean home environment, especially in common spaces like the kitchen. He is very respectful of personal space and cleans up after himself. We both enjoy a chill household and clear, direct communication. Who We’re Looking For:
* Female working professional (ideally mid-20s to mid-30s).
* Flight attendants, airline staff, first responders, or film industry professionals (with consistent, steady work) are a huge plus given our location!
* Open to students only if you have steady, verifiable proof of income.
* Someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and appreciates a quiet home base.
* Low-key lifestyle: Friends are welcome occasionally, but we want to avoid a constant revolving door of guests or frequent party hosts.
