Private bedrooms available in a pleasant new-ish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood close to OSU. Beautiful kitchen (dishwasher, gas range, etc). Central air-conditioning and heat. Convenient location, one block from Sunset Shopping Center (Safeway, bi-mart, coffee shops, etc) and bus-stops. 10-12 minutes to bus or bike to campus. No car needed, but parking spots are available. Each bedroom has a closet and its own keyed lock with access to a shared bathroom. I’ll be in the master bedroom which has its own bathroom. Common areas include furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, backyard, laundry closet, and garage with storage available. If needed, we can provide a basic bed and dresser. My parents are the homeowners and are helpful, reasonable, and kind. They live about an hour away in Eugene.
