I am urgently looking for a new 1 BHK flat. My current tenancy ends on September 9th, so I need to move in on or before that date. Any leads would be massively appreciated! 👤 About Me: I am a tech project manager working a hybrid schedule (2 days commuting to Central London, 3 days WFH). I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful non-smoker who values a peaceful living space. What I’m Looking For: 📍 Location: Must offer a commute to Liverpool Street in under 30 minutes. I'm ideally looking for spots along the Elizabeth Line or similar fast transit routes (e.g., Southall, Hayes & Harlington, Ealing, Acton, Whitechapel, Stratford, or Ilford). 🚶♂️ Convenience: Walking distance to a Tube/train station is an absolute must. Proximity to Indian grocery stores and major supermarkets (Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's, ASDA) is also essential. 💷 Budget: £1,200 – £1,400 pcm. 🍳 Kitchen: I regularly cook meals at home, so a fully fitted kitchen is essential. A dishwasher is a strong preference, and ample counter space for appliances like a multi-cooker is a big plus! 🛋️ Amenities: Furnished, with easy access to a washer/dryer. I have excellent references, stable finances, and can view properties immediately so I can get everything fully settled before early October.
