Room for rent

have one room in my house that Im looking to rent out to someone.. my house has one bathroom that is being shared by other me and just one other tenant here and it is all females here Im a full time worker the other is a csub college student. My room that I have to rent out has one king size bed with a small dresser in it and utilities included. My neighborhood is pretty quiet to be honest and my neighbors r friendly here as well just to let u know.
