Need a secure safe part-time home

Executive level professional needs a place to stay for in office days downtown Phoenix (or need A or B lines) during some days of the week. Needs to be secure, safe, clean (like me) and easy to walk or commute to E Jefferson and 7th. Easy going, non-smoker, drama and I would not be there full time as I live in flagstaff.
