-Fully furnished -I have 2 restrooms one for me and my tiny family of 3 & another which you'll being using cleaned every week shared with a couple ( super nice and respectful and clean) -Wifi included -Utilities included
-laundry included -Plenty of parking on street
-Quiet and private and clean
-Security cameras outside property always safe. -No pets. I do have a Sweet Japanese Akita always quiet and lovable 💕 - That's ok with a toddler (my baby) super sweet and friendly. -NO guests over ( out of respect for everyone in my household) -NO drinking, smoking, vaping or drugs if any kind **Everyone here respects everyone like family and kept to themselves We hope to see you and come join the family ❤️
