Private bedroom available in a bright, comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo at 1564 Commonwealth Ave in Brighton, right by the Green Line with easy access to Berklee College of Music, Boston University, Boston College, and downtown Boston.
You would be sharing the apartment with Chana, a female Berklee College of Music student, who is looking for a female roommate.
The apartment is on the third floor of a professionally managed classic brick building and features hardwood floors, high ceilings, lots of natural light, a separate kitchen, and laundry in the building. The Green Line is just outside, with Whole Foods, cafés, restaurants, parks, and other neighborhood amenities nearby.
Rent: $1,500/month unfurnished or $1,550/month furnished.
Rent includes heat, hot water, water/sewer and building expenses. Tenant shares electricity and Wi-Fi.
Available for the 2026–27 academic year. Looking for a responsible, respectful female student or young professional who would enjoy a comfortable, friendly home with convenient access to Berklee, BU, BC, and central Boston.
