Room for Rent – Melbourne, FL | $1200/month I'm looking for a kind, respectful, drama-free female roommate to share my home. A little about me: I'm 30 years old, a small business owner who works from home, so I'm around most of the day. I also have two sweet kids (ages 4 and 1), so you'll need to genuinely enjoy being around children. I’m a great roommate, I cook and clean, I’m bubbly and nice (and like to have fun girl time!) Room not furnished. You can use my brand new twin bed for a month until you get your own furniture!
Bathroom is essentially yours. I only occasionally use it after my kids go to bed, but I can also have them use my bathroom instead if preferred. The home itself is very spacious with high ceilings, a huge kitchen, a garage, and a nice backyard. It's a peaceful place to come home to. If you're interested, send me a message!
